Peer Gynt World Ventures, formed in 1992, organizes hiking and cross country ski trips worldwide, including my native Norway. I wanted to show my American friends unique places not typically found in travel books or promoted by tour operators - and we wanted to incorporate it with some of our favorite activities.



Ski Poland 2009
Earlier this summer the Bieg Piastow was accepted into the prestigious Worldloppet League and Poland is now the 15^th country to join the family of Worldloppet Races! Team Peer Gynt will be there in force for the inaugural Worldloppet cross country ski races on March 7 & 8, 2009. Read more about Ski Poland 2009

Ski Norway 2009
We have again reserved space at our favorite Mountain Lodge in Sjusjöen (near Lillehammer) for a week of ski touring and optional participation in the Norwegian Birkebeiner Race. The second week will be skiing "Hut to Hut." Check out pre-trip options as well! Click here to learn more.
